Hey guys I am going to post the pic in about an hour (he is still in the bag), but I just got back from Big Al's (exotic fish/aquarium store),
Anyhow as some of you may know I was planning on starting a Brackish Tank, but as soon as I set eyes on this guy I was in love, luckily I had not started adding salt (actually the reason I went to the store)
But what big things do I need to know, My temp is 82, and I'll post PH shortly.
I bought Frozen krill for him to eat, are feeders alright for Lungs, I do love feeders.
Anyhow I HAVE A LUNG!

PS, what is a good price for a Lung (I don't expect answers till I have Pics up)

Ok so I forgot to mention it is a 75 gallon, and the only other fish in the tank is an electric yellow cichlid, here are some pics! :D

Just an FYI, that 75 gallon will not be big enough to keep him in once he grows. My biggest african lungfish (which is what yours looks like) got over 3ft. And they can grow bigger. My baby african I got is about 10". They will eat other fish. My baby even went after a 4" black knife! I keep my lungfish on a talapia diet. They love it. They also eat pellets, both sinking and floating. I'd watch out with your other cichlid in that tank. Your lung will possibly go after it. Your tank set-up looks fine. He will like to hide around the bottom most of the time. I'm not sure what you paid for him but around me in wisconsin I see babies go for around 25 dollars US. Good luck with him!

Haha thanks guys, to be quite honest I would be entertained to watch it eat the cichlid, (not mine, my roommates, before that my ex girlfriend, so not emotionally attached), as long as the cichlid does not pose a threat to the lung I am fine leaving them, I will pass along the info to my roommate see if he cares.
And I shall buy some pellets, give a mixed diet.

And I paid 35 can, the store wanted 50 but I was able to get them knock it down a bit.

Thanks any other recommendations, I just saw a youtube video of an owner feeding one a Hotdog, some people discuss me.

Also I just noticed this scar on his side
(I say scar because thats all i Hope it is, if not what meds should I get???)

And behaviorally what they like, docile, skittish, defensive?
He seems to be very Docile?
