Am i right in thinking this is a mono? For some reason the colour seems distorted on my camera but the all the fins are red/ orange and the eyes are red/ orange too.Sold as an ocel but it does not look like one to me, but i am by no means an expert. Its around 6-7" . Feel free to wade in with opinions guys, I'
