Hey guys, picked up my first 3 africans the other day. Pretty sure one is an albino Mbuna but not sure about the other two as they are quite young and where in an assorted african tank. Wanting advice so i know what else to stock with them. The 1st photo is what im assuming is an albino mbuna of some sort and the secopnd photo is a shot of one of the other two. Both are pinkish white with a blue sheen to them.

Any hlep would be greatly appreciated!!

IME mixed African tanks at LFS are almost always mbuna. I have found mixed peacock tanks, but they are labeled as mixed peacocks.

In either, they usually are full of mutts. You might get lucky and find true purebred species, but I expect you have mutts.

top- flame back albino mbuna

bottom- white zebra

Albino Red top, flame back what ever but Metriaclima greshakei (Albino) sounds right. just a juv will color up

standing buy white zebra, i dont really get into scientific names!!! This guy could be a mix but in the pic he looks pretty solid white to me so WHITE ZEBRA lol

Nice fish either way
