ID on Payara?

Thats what im thinking too. The only thing is, that weird heart shaped tail. From what ive seen most armataus have like a straight ended tail that comes to two points.
Yours is a baby, give it time. Trust me, he's an armatus. He's perfectly normal for his size.
Alright. Thanks for the help on the ID. Ill keep you guys posted with more pics as he gets bigger, and i take him out of the quarintine and put him in the show tank.
Baby armatus usually have rounded out tails. After fighting and such (i'm pretty sure) their tails get roughed out.
He will have a heart shaped tail intill he hits 5 to 6 inches, but no worries, he's a armatus for sure.
