ID on these little silver feeder fish

Hi there. Can anyone ID these little silver fish (cyprinids I think). They sell them as feeder fish where I live (Vietnam) and are probably locally farmed. They may also be fry of larger fish. Sorry the pictures are a bit crap.

Looks like the same we have... LFS say they are carp

The stripes and red tail make me think probarbus species
