Thanks, I was at a store and they didn't know what it was. They called a old lady who told us it's a peacock and I got that guy for $10. He is 2 inches, is he a red peacock?

The Peacock looks to be male, just starting to color up. It doesn't look like a German Red or Red Shoulder.
It sort of looks like a Sunshine.
Only time will tell.

It could be a red, but it’s still showing juvenile, or stressed coloration in the pic. Jacobfreibergi (eureka red), and sunshine peacocks are some of the most common at my LFS.
