Hey, Can I keep some ID sharks/ Paroon sharks with goldfish and koi in a indoor pond??? For now it will be a 90 until the pond gets made. How about some bala sharks???

Ok cool thanks

As long as you keep them at a compromising temperature like 75F-77F it should work fine:D

Paroons are more carnivorous than ID sharks but it will likely depend on what the sharks have been fed, what they've grown accustomed to. My ID sharks eat the frozen and live crappies that I feed to my aro and dats...regularly:WHOA: Though they have grown up on pellet and flake food!

I also used to have id sharks with my africans and the minute I traded them in, the person who bought them said they ate rosy reds! I did not believe him until I saw my current ID sharks eat frozen and live feeders!

I have a small 4" paroon that hasn't accepted pellets yet. All that it is eating right now is chopped earth worms.

Ok cool thanks for all you help! I might give it a go if I can find some paroons.

I wouldn't do it, it would be much better to give them their own tanks/sections. The temperature requirements are too different. If there's no alternative, then it's okay though.
