I recently bought two payaras, labled as armatus. I know they are pretty small, but maybe someone can help me distinguish if it really is armatus i bought.

they are both identical.

Sorry for the late answer.
great to hear it was an army after all. I got these imported from Germany to cost of roughly $80 each.
Really rare fish here in Sweden.
