they are 3inches so might be hard but the shipper said its 100% temensis but i think its just monos? will post pictures in a bit, and also wat non live food can i feed them cause dont want to give the live since risk of diseases as i learn from previous pbass

what non live food is the best to feed 2-3inch or i will have to feed live food for now? and does all baby temensis pbass have the dots and linings when they are 2-3inches or doesnt show until bigger?

i think theyre either monos or temensis

didnt post picture yet lol..but yea whats the best non live food for them...i tried frozen brine shrimp and they didnt take it...what else is there...

thats why i said tem or mono LOL. at that age/size, i would give them whatever theyll eat. if theyll only take live, then give them live. dont starve them while theyre so small. i had good success with frozen blood worms. other than that, may have to use feeder guppies

Blood worms, black worm, shrimp, dried krill

ok my camera doesnt work lol but i will try to discribe the best i can... it has three bars and a long bar that goes straight through the eyes all the way to the tail...the fin has like spots on them...but to me it look like a mono unless its way too small to determine if temensis or mono...looks something like this as i got from google...http://aqualandpetsplus.com/Cichli2233.jpg

sounds like a tem I have 4 monos and a tem and that sounds more like a tem to me, but babies are all so similar its really hard to tell with a picture let alone with jsut a discription
