At 1:00, just below the Clown Loach, what is that fish? Is it some kinda Pike? I gotta have one.

 
Not a pike cichlid. Thinks it's a Kribensis cichlid.
 
Yeah, looks like a watered down captive strain Krib ... still Pelvicachromis pulcher as far as I know ... they have been revising the genus though.
