I think they are IT as there are different numbers of bars on the fish in the picture.

All IT, though some are 3 bar IT which is basically an oddball patterned IT. 3 bar indos are nice, I have two. They're not as common but not worth anywhere near what an ST is worth. These look to be around 2" and I wouldn't pay more than $20 at most and that would have to be a very nice patterned one, $12-$15 is more realistic.
