I just got this little handicapt gar.
Original owner forgot to mention he is missing his front 2 fins. But i amnot 100% sure it is what he said it is. So im curios about what you guys think

Its a very nice pattern Florida. Shame about the fins

I Never heard that pleco and gar ar a bad mix. Why is that?
I have my spotted gar with the pleco for about a year with out any problems

some links for ya, any post from e_americanus/polypterus are especially reliable as they work with gars professionally.

problems also often occur after long periods of cohabitation.

Ok i think ill move the pleco. My spotted never touches the ground but the nieuwe florida gets tired quicker because of the lack off his two front fins and does spend a lot of time on the bottom
