Looks like one of the Amphilophus sp (same number of bars, and profile) , many look very similar so hard to narrow down, below is A sp amarillo

younger amarillo

Everyone could give you a diff answer because they are at this time nondescript hybrids. What i mean is until they grow out some more they look very similar to a good many average looking hybrid central american cichlids. Anytime a cross is made a few will look one way right off and a few will look the other way but a good amount will look close to what your fish in question look like. I have 5 female hybrids from at least four different mixes that all look pretty close to what you posted. The biggest is starting to color up differently now she is just over 5 1/2 inches and is Texas x flowerhorn. I also have texas x midevil, midevil x flowerhorn, flowerhorn x ? and last a petsmart rt that looks more short body so maybe pearled flowerhorn x blood parrot. Point is I am waiting to see how they change by the time they hit 6 1/2 to 7 inches, they are already starting to change away from each other as they grow up more.

Everything i stated above is meant towards the darker stressed big headed hybrid looking fish, the other one does look possibly one of the Amphilophus sp either unfaded or a barred strain.
Here is a barred red devil of mine still young, the rest of the fry I got were killed by their sibs or faded already.
