haven't seen one like this his mouth is wide and looks to be short body? Is he rare? Avg price is? 10 incher

Its the left dark guy in pic, or I'd both too if you'd like.
 
Left is weeksii. Right is palmas polli. That weeksii has REALLY nice striping. I would definitely get it. And if they aren't common in your area Id grab the polli as well. They aren't SB just nice and chunky. Weeksii will get much longer (it'll take a while), but the polli will stay around its current size, but if your lucky it might get a little larger and push 12"
