Not Sveni, high blotch on the shoulder tells me Alta (or some similar)

the pics are small and its hard to tell but i can tell you its definitely not a sveni.

need some larger pictures to get a more accurate id, kinda looks something like the bottom pike in this link. im guessing some sort of undescribed saxatilis species.
