The head seems to be too pointed to be a Nic. It does looks Paratheraps/Vieja to me.

i don't know what they are, but they are like paratheraps guttalatum or something like that
the lighter colored one looks like a hybrid... but not sure about that either...

I agree. they definitely don't look right to be nics. Wrong color and shape. They could be a hybrid, or a young paratheraps like you said.
