ID please, what am i?

just picked this royal up, about 8". the seller wasn't sure what it is and told me its fully grown. im pretty sure normal royals get bigger.

in nz, even juvenile royals cost $150ish, i got this guy for $100.
hes an angry fellow, chases everybody around, even the 16" IT... hoping he settles down soon.
