i cant find any info on this fish////i bought him as a red devil or midas but i have devils and midas and he looks and acts nothing like them

Citrinellis and Labiatus are just like most cichlids.. Acting like?? There is no set definition for the way they will act in any given set up... Though You should not be surprised if they are more aggressive than aggressive fish.


It could be a Hybrid from both.. that is the main thing with those species coming from Petsmart.. Though If you got it from somewhere else there is still no telling.. Could be a Rose Queen.. Which I believe is a Hybrid of red or deep pink color...

When it comes to Midas and Devils.. like I was saying earier if you do not trust the seller you will likely never no exactly what you have with out allot of money for a DNA test

Looks More Citrinellis to me..Midas


But if you want you can google Rose Queen cichlid in Google images or Super Red rose Queen and might help you
