ID Please!

This little guy is very personable (except for the camera of course). I picked it up at the local walmart with no id of course and quarantined for a month! I am not very familiar with sa/ca cichlids and would love to know what this fish is as to decide on tank mates. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
