ID Please?

This was sold as a Stingray Pleco. It is not a Hillstream loach. From the bottom, it looks like a Pleco. From the top, it looks like a Hillstream loach, or a stingray, because of the fins. There are over hundred species of hillstream loaches. The name "hillstream loach" or "Borneo sucker" alone will not suffice to say. The question is what species exactly is it? Bear in mind that different species of hillstream loaches are found in Vietnam, Indonesia, China, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand, India and Bangladesh.
