i think it's a congo tetra, got picture from a thread with no mention of the name and i forgot to bookmark the thread so pls help.
Also what conditions are needed for these little fella's?
They are a larger tetra (males around 3.5", females around 3") and obviously schooling fish so 6 would be the least amount really recommended. They also obviously like tropical temps and are more mid to top water species.
Like its already been said, congo tetra come from africa; really nice rather mellow fish do well in rather peaceful community setups and do mix ok with mellower cichlids
glo-light tetras, not to be confused with glo-light danios... neon sized w/ that pearlescent flash. look pretty drab at the lfs.. but wow when they settle in. very congoesque coloration.
