Can anyone help ID this guy? Im thinking a black belt or some other vieja sp?

He has a horible sunken in belly. and was being picked on by a 2 inch convict at the store i used to work at. Anyways we are going to call him a rescue since I didnt pay for him. he def has some nice colors. I cant wait until he is healthy.

Looks like a Paratheraps Melanurus. FYE all the vieja sp. were put into the paratheraps group.

I thought the Melanurus' had a black strip in the back middle instead of top and bottom?
