It's a Synodontis eupterus aka "Feather Fin" aka "Lace Cat". I've got 2 of them. I love em' but they're pretty territorial.

I thought "Lace" referred specifically to nigrita?

Also though, I do agree on the species being nigrita.
 
what kind of food do they eat??

I thought that this cats dorsal is too small to be a Eupterus,their fin is like a banner.Most of the synos I've had were not picky at all about what they ate,any type of sinking fish pellets or granules should do.
