in the top left of the 2nd pic that pbass looks ocell..you can see the spots in its top fins..

No. Not all ocells develop their characteristics at that size. Eye color and dorsal fin spotting is not the way to tell when small.
These are definitely ocells.

Their stripes are extended all the way down...that is one way to tell.
