I think it's a tinfoil barb, but a friend asked me to verify what it is. She says it has whiskers. I've never seen it in person, so I dont know....sorry about the crap picture.

Looks like a tinfoil to me too. My LFS has something similar to them called gold blushing tinfoil barbs. The looks just like that, but with more of a gold color. The flash did wash out most of the color of that fish though.
 
I think I spotted some of those in Petsmarts the other day. I love my clumsy school of tinfoil barbs. The lead barb will take off in one direction and then stop with the others crashing into each other behind him, lol.
 
There are a couple color variants of tinfoil barbs and a goldfin tinfoil barb (Poropuntius malconi) that take ray and scale counts to tell apart, just remember that they get 13"-20" long as adults.
