ID please

My bleeding heart tetras have what appear to be small bubbles on them or small white dots. My black fin tetras and cory cats don't have it. Is this something I should be concerned about? Here are the best 2 pics I could get

aquarium salt and temp raise right?

Ich. Raise the temp to 86 - 88 degrees and it will clear it up. I had the problem several months ago and that is what I did with out no medications.
