I brought this few days back, currently just touching 1 inch . Highly aggressive among themselves. The Owner don't know what they are what he knows that its an exotic variety. what is it. please ID it for me

not sure the exact type. i just bought some rams last week myself, labeled "blue speckled". gorgeous little fish when the light glints off them and shines a neon blue off them.

these guys are aggressive among themselve. i see them fighting too often.

They look like rainbow cichlids, Herotilapia multispinosa. They could very well be a young version of some other Central American cichlid; it's hard to tell from the pictures.

i think u guys are right. They are Rainbow cichlid. they resemble a lot like them.

updates guys that black line on the body has now converted into a black spot in the middle of the body, Just like texas.
