this fish was sold to me as Neolamprologus Tretocephalus but i dont think it is so what do you think it is i got it for 3$

Not the best picture, but it looks like a tretocephalus. What did you think it was a lamprologus sexafasciatus?

nope a frontosa

i think its a small fronny going by the depth in the boddy and the dark couleration trents have quite bright white banding
so should the fronny unless its a bit stressed or poor quality just my 2 c worth

Looks to me a "Frontosa". $3.00 is good deal if it is indeed frontosa.

it looks to be a red frontosa from lookng around online. but what kind of frontosa is a red frontosa. zaire?
