Id please?

I was told this was a electric blue cichlid. But is it male? Or female?

i would say female just because it doesnt have very good color...but i could be wrong...an electric blue cichlid would be a common name that could be given to any blue cichlid...im sure someone can id it properly

K. Yea I'm up in alaska on a small island & our Lfs doesn't get crap in. They labeled it electric blue cichlid but wasn't sure.

Not a electric blue, looks like a metriaclima callainos "cobalt blue" but its hard to tell and doesn't seem to be the right color...anymore pics?

Nevermind I went & did my research. Bummer mines not a male their so pretty. I miss good Lfs. Only got like 4-5 diff cichlids here at my Lfs.
