I picked up this 40 gallon for my Bullhead and my red tail. But this little Guy was included. . I paid 30$ for the tank,stand,150w heater, and a nice peice of drift wood. I Don know what he is. Is he worth anything? Not looking to sell him but I'd like. To do a litttle research on him and did I get a good deal?

Anything I need to know? as of right now he's in a 10 gallon with 2 channel cats untill I take my Bullhead and my red tail out of there tank what do they go for? He's really neat and I normally don't like chiclids. How aggressive are they?
 
Yep it's a Firemouth/ Thorichthys Meeki
They aren't too aggressive

Well I'm pretty sure its a 40g could be wrong. Not a bad setup for 30$ . The fish seems heathy I'm gonna keep him with my redtail untill the red tail gets to large. I'm defitnally gonna keep him the Guy I for the tank from said the breeder has won chiclid breeding of the year for 3 years straight here's a pic of the fullsetup now. Don't mind my claw less cray fish. I ripped them of due to him eating one of my channel Catfish. Catfish ended up living tho
