that fish looks closer to a trimac hybrid than a flowerhorn and yes trimacs are in flowerlines but flowerhorns are line bred and from your pic it has characteristics of both kamfa and zhen zou do you have a better pic or possibly a video hopefully her egg tube drops cause i agree with you on the sex you might have a base for creating some cool flowerhorns
 
Sadly this is the only other pic someone gave me. Ive convinced people that i meet to give me their fish if they dont want it. A buddy has a friend that wants to get rid of it and the 55gal its in. So i might be putting this girl on the buy/sell fourm soon. I know very little about any cichlid species.
