looks like a channa straita to me but the coloration is really light... maybe even channa sp platinum
 
Looks like it could even be an albino chana striata. Your fish is kinda tan colored and the platinum snakeheads are a little more silvery. I dont think a regular striata would that light colored so im leaning towards the albino but snakeheads are hard to id,especially when they are young so you can never be sure until they show their true colors as an adult. Btw how long is it?

The biggest one is about 7 inches

Hi

This is indeed a Channa striata and a this variant is a colour defective one. C.striata and C.punctata have several colour morphs/defective variants which are traded due to their unique appeal and all these get the unusual colours due to various genetic and water chemistry factors.
