A really dark Nigerian lap. Dark from being on black substrate I'm guessing.

Yup, as said, it's a Nigerian Lap (captive bred) dark from the substrate.
Get it on a mix of 80-90% red /10-20% black and it will keep a nice shade of green, but you will see contrast markings too.
