How big is he? Hard to say from that pic, VATF usually have color on both top and bottom of the back fin but the pic he looks to only have red on the lower lobe. Plus he looks fairly silver, VATF normally have striping, but again, if he's really small then maybe he just hasn't colored in yet. If you've got any other pics of him, go ahead and post them up, maybe some of him from the side on so we can see the shape of the jaw? He looks good either way.

I'm really curious to see more about this fish, CK. I'm guessing this fish is at a LFS across the pond? I'm leaning toward forskahlii right now based mainly on the silver color, but the shape of the head suggests brevis so its up in the air.

I got them in for the shop i work at, I plan to take 8-10 home and grow them out il get you more pics tomorrow.
reason i ask they came in as vittatus but they dont quiet look like my vittatus i had in the past.
