Yea, L065 Blizzard cactus was my first inclination as well.

Not a snowball, it looks nothing like a baryancistrus or a hypancistrus.

Young Pseudacanthicus sp. L065. Nice looking too. Spots are good and colours are good.

How much does it go for in aus?

Not real sure. Probably around $500 AUS. Most odd plecs go for around that $$.
