More than likely Cr. sp. "Venezuela". Marms have more patterning along the back even at a young age. However, due to the incredible similarity of young lugubris pikes only time will tell.
It's definitely a crenicichla sp. "Venezuela". They are very light colored juveniles. I would guess the light coloring has to do with the white gravel. I just lost my 8" specimen today. He didn't handle the transfer from the 75g to the 220g. Shame, he was a nice looking fish.
