It doesn't look like a cincta to me, but you would probably have better luck in the designated forum for Crencichla.

Not trying to be rude, of course. But with wild caught imports, it could be any number of species, subspecies, localities, whatever. There have even been some species that were discovered through importation. Best to ask the experts.
 
Not a cincta, more likely a member of the saxitalis group. Maybe a female anthurus? I am horrible with the saxitalis group.
