I am way out of practice, but they look like they could be C. piquiti or C. temensis possibly. My friend bought them as kelberi, but the long body shape and the spangling seem to be off for juvi kels.
It's hard to stay away, cichla always draw you back in. It's nice to see that your still in the game. Welcome back.Hi Ken, I'm still in Vegas. I sold most of my old collection and only have some kelberi left. Had to take a little break, I got married, had a kid, etc. Things have settled down and I've been bit by the aquarium bug again. How have you been?
Yessir, I took a break from that as well but started back up in Jan this year. I swelled up to almost 300lbs and have slimmed to 255, looking to lose 25-30 more lbs.Chizzle, what's up bro? Are you still doing martial arts?
Nice.... Those are tough, I think theyre azul or pinima.Yessir, I took a break from that as well but started back up in Jan this year. I swelled up to almost 300lbs and have slimmed to 255, looking to lose 25-30 more lbs.
Here are some better photos of the fish, I'm thinking temensis now maybe pinima due to raised third bar/orbital, what do you guys think?
