ID Please

My LFS just got in some new gars, but I'm no expert and they frequently mislabel fish. So I took a few pics of the 3 "gars" and wanted to see what everyone thought. Their tank had them labeled as Alligator Gar and Mosaic Gar (which as far as I know isn't really a gar), but the employee on staff didn't know which is which (which is why I'm hoping the Alligator gar id is wrong).

Middle pic looks like a mosaic gar. The plant is a bit in the way to see it well. The other two looks like a young Florida gar.

Oh yeah, I just looked up juvenile florida gars and you're right, does look like that

They all look like floridas to me,but with slightly different patterning

thanks. I think I'll be there again tomorrow, will try to get a few better pics. Really annoying when you can't trust the id's at your lfs!

My old florida gars looked like these little fellas when they were 3". So Florida gar is my opinion.
