I would just start with salt and put it by it's self if you can. Was there other plecos in the tank that it was fighting with?

yes, it live with 1 l190 and a snakehead in the tank but i remove the snakehead already. he is peaceful to my l190, never see them fight. i have driftwood and a claypot in my tank, will add more salt to the tank. So is injuries from fight ? Not some infection or virus ?

The eye looks cloudy. Whats the perams like?

It coiod be an infected injury.

Id use melafix and a crap load of huge WC's if it spreads then youre probably dealimg with a bacterial infection.

I read in a book that slimy patches on the body usually denote bacterial infections, but may also represent advanced infections from protozoans and flukes. In most cases, an antibiotic will work, but you may want to combine it with a treatment for protozoans. Cloudy eyes are usually because of poor water quality, low pH, or high ammonia levels. Hope that helped! The book was A Guide to Freshwater Aquariums, by Mike Wickham.
