looks real hungry!!! feed that poor thing!

I do feed him but most got eaten but others polys.

it looks lika P.Teugelsi but lacks the color also it could be P.Retropinnis from the last picture.

What to do to improve the color?
Should i add gravel?
if yes what kind ?
