ID PLS!?

So me and my freind saw this P at the fish store and he is the most psychotic finger chaser i have ever seen. he was not labled cause they didnt know what he was and we cant really ID him either. My freind picked him up regardless what he is but its killing us to ID him! any ideas??

PS: The black dot is NOT on his other side, might be a birth mark or something?

lol and a red and a tern.. haha Na theres a divider, there not actualy in the same tank the 3 pygos are on one side and hes on the other but the divider is clear as hell

now that you mentioned it I see a hole in the last picture on the divider by where the piraya is.
