ID Pls

I picked this guy up from an acquaintance who didn't want him (was going to flush him) but I don't know anything about Polys.

An ID would be great. He's currently growing out in my 10G (he's only 2-3") and is eating blood worms.

Sorry for the sideways picture. Not sure how to fix that (its right side up on my computer)
