Oh and also, it has a spot on its top fin.which doesnt seems to be channa bleheri or assam..

Agreed, pulchra.

When you mentioned spots, then looking at those pectoral fins I was at first considering ornatipinnis, but the second pic shows the head and flanks clear enough to see the lack of spots which characterize ornates.
