Checked yesterday when I picked up a 10g for fry and they were out but had a KML Flowerhorn in the Flowerhorn bin.

can anyone tell male or female? and also will it gain nice color as it grows? my ZZ is only a couple inches bigger and has wayyyyyy more color, in fact it had color since it was 1"

looks like he gonna be yellow. Up the water temp to 86+ 88 degree and him being dominant.. U'll see his colors.
