I picked this pike up from my LFS a few months ago, he was labeled speckled face lent. pike. I got it thinking it was a lenticulata but now I'm not so sure so I came to the experts.

Thanks for the positive comments. I'm very happy with him so far, only thing is he eats nonstop.
He's about 4.5" now, do you know about how long it'll take for him to reach full size? I feed twice a day, Hikari Bio Gold pellets are a staple and I mix in freeze dried krill, frozen and freeze dried spirulina brine shrimp, and freeze dried blood worms plus the occasional rosey red (after treating for parasites of course).
