Hey, so i got his ID shark, yes i know, they get HUGE, hes about 5" now, the tank he is in is definitely large enough for him, and I am planning on upgrading to something "monster" in the next year or so. My only issue is that he has the whole tank to swim around in, yet he never dares to venture out of "his" corner in the tank, he will swim back and forth width wise, constantly bumbing into sides and kinda getting wedged in between a corner. Why is he doing this and what can I do to make him more comfortable to swim through out the whole tank?
Any info is appreciated,
Thanks!

How long have you had him?

have had him for about a year now i think,

He could be stressed because of WQ. Do water change and provided more hiding places for him.

Mine did this exept in a pond I put in 3 more he was fine they like to school if you Just have one try tend to be more skidish. In the wild they are found in thousands and they eat alot better in schools.
