Id shark with bloat

Hey one of my id sharks got blost and died I was wondering how fish get it and if there is a cure or way to fix it when u notice it the night befor his stomach was a little deformed but I thought it was just a pelet the next morning I see it floating upside down and still alive any advices so I dont let it happin again.

My ID shark... He is still alive right now but barely holding on...
