What color is your substrate? Is there substrate?
Many fish adapt their coloration to match substrate, so they don't stand out to predation from above, from fish eating birds.
Just because its in a tank, doesn't mean the self protection instinct goes away,..
If your substrate is white, that may be the reason, or if the substrate is just a glass bottom, could be another reason.

There may be other reasons in addition to blending in. Stress is another common reason. Genetics may cause this too.

I see you are in Saudi Arabia. Perhaps you could order online. I'd be very hard for me to keep large fish without knowing

regularly:
- ammonia
- nitrite
- nitrate
- pH
- temp

knowing in general:
- KH carbonate hardness or alkalinity
- GH general hardness
- TDS total dissolved solids
- salinity
- pH stability
- if the water is potable (no organic, heavy metal, etc. contaminants)

So if any of the above water parameters are not good for your IDS, they will not be happy and healthy fish, short term or long term.

If you have no clue about any of these parameters, you can probably only play with various fish species until you find the ones your water is suitable for. It can take years for that.

If you are a beginner fish keeper, be prepared to sicken and kill lots of large or large-growing fish before you learn from your own experience in how to keep them at least alive, and then well in your water with unknown parameters. We will not be able to help you much with troubleshooting.
