I was going through an old shell collection of mine and found one that interested me. So does anyone know what snail this shell came from?

Yall were right and I may have even found out the exact snail it is, calliostoma laugieri.

Supposedly it’s one of the natural colors, but I wouldn’t know enough to say.

Yes Coralline Algae for sure.
